Shipping Rates

We charge £3.95 postage and packaging for all orders.

We send orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours

We aim to process all orders within 1-3 working days, with the majority of orders being dispatched the next working day if the item is in stock.

We aim to dispatch out of stock items of ‘Non Exclusives’ within 3-5 working days.

We aim to keep our Exclusive items in stock in our UK warehouse.  In the event they are Out of Stock they may take up to 21 days for delivery, depending on when our next delivery is due from the main warehouse in Finland.  We will keep you updated with delivery times and when we expect your item back in stock.

All orders are delivered with a complimentary tasty dog treat. A Keswick dog friendly Pub & Cafe guide is also included in the event that you decide to visit the beautiful Lake District and our sister business, Podgy Paws

ECO Friendly Packaging

We try to do our bit for the environment and post all parcels using ECO friendly packaging. The craft bags that we use are reusable if you open them carefully, in the event that you need to send us a RETURN.

We send exchange items free of charge via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours

Returns Policy

We offer a 28 day return/exchange policy.

If you decide to return an item you must inform us via email at info@hurttaonline.co.uk within 14 days of receipt and include your order number, name and address in the email.

Please use the returns address label provided and write your order number in the space provided on the label.  Please enclose a note explaining whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

Your return must then arrive with us within 28 days of receiving your item.

Shipping items back to us will be at your cost unless the item was faulty.  We shall send replacement items via Royal Mail Tracked 48 at our own expense.

All returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging and labels attached.  The product must be free of dog hair and in a re-saleable condition.
